My favourite learning English resource
In our modern world, we have to know more than one language because there are a lot of requirements for the university, job, etc.
As for me, I have been learning English since the second grade. I used to use books such as “ New English File”, “English Grammar” etc. Nowadays, we have a wonderful opportunity to use a big amount of resources. I would like to tell you about the website “TED”, which helps me to develop listening skills. TED is a media organization, that posts a video about up-to-date issues. On the website, the user sees some insets, where he or she can follow the transcript, comments from author and other users. Due to the transcript, you will enlarge and pick up new vocabulary. If you want to choose a certain theme to learn, you should tell what interests and motivate you. Then you will get recommendations from the TED. Moreover, for convenience, TED has its own app for Androids and iOS. As for me, I check this resource at least one time a day. Unfortunately, there isn't a proper track to follow your progress, but the more videos you watch, the better recommendations gives you the website.
However, after some videos, you will understand better the native speech.
All in all, I strongly recommend using the resource “TED”.

Due to is used to modify a noun( in short, it is an adjective). It means x is caused by something.
Thanks to is informally used to attribute something positive to someone. It is more natural to say thanks to x than because of x unless x was thought to be someone bad but turned out good.
